JACK PETCHEY FOUNDATION 2018

We are pleased to announce the Jack Petchey Foundation 2018 Achievement Award scheme for the January - June period.

AFC Lewisham will award two deserving members aged 11-25 with this prestigious award during the year. Nominations are invited from coaches, parents and peers across the Club and will ensure that young people are involved in the decision-making process.

Please complete a nomination form with a brief explanation of why you have nominated your chosen member and place in the nomination form in the Jack Petchey box that will be available on training days. Closing date will be 29th March 2018. and first award winner will be announced on 30th March 2018 via Club Website.

What’s involved?

Members can be nominated for:

• performance

• commitment

• motivation

• making a positive contribution in team and around the club

What does the award winner receive ?

• £250 to spend on a club activity or item of benefit to other members (in agreement with their coach).

• A boxed medallion

• A framed certificate

• The opportunity to attend a prestigious award ceremony with friends and family

Past members have spent their prize money on the following:

• Winter jackets

• Club equipment

• Team Tracksuits

It’s a fantastic scheme which supports members and encourages everyone to succeed.
