JACK PETCHEY ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

Dear AFC Lewisham members

It's time to nominate a member for the Jack Petchey Achievement Award (September - November)

The scheme aims to encourage and motivate members by rewarding their outstanding progress and achievements. Members can be nominated for: participation, commitment, motivation, peer support, making a positive contribution on and off the pitch and much more.

Nominees must be aged 11-25

The first award winner will be announced on 13th November 2017 via Club Website. Please complete a nomination form with a brief explanation of why you have nominated your chosen player.

Place your nomination form in the Jack Petchey box that will be available on training days.

As always, if you have any suggestions for how the Jack Petchey Award money can be spent by the club (particularly for the benefit of young members), please email me as we are always looking for new ideas
